It was that time of year once more, for Cardiff Comic Con to arrive. Yet again in the Motorpoint Arena with the usual stalls and guests you come to love.
Back in November at the previous comic con, I didn't enjoy it very much. This was due to the fact that I'd been to New York Comic Con only a month before so the two didn't compare as NYCC was about 50 times larger!
This time however, months had passed and my cousin was travelling to Wales with his family for his first ever comic con which was great because we don't see each other very often. His 6 year old son was very excited indeed.
This time the featured car was the Delorean from Back to the Future which was promised to us at the first Cardiff Comic Con but never happened. So it was nice to have it 3 comic cons later. The three of us had our photo taken sitting inside the famous car and I also had my picture taken sat on the Emperor's Throne from Star Wars.
Once again there wasn't any particular guests I wanted to meet. Daniel Portman who plays Podrick in Game of Thrones was in attendance, I also saw him at NYCC. That guy gets around!

The one person I did meet was Hardcore Holly who
was a nice guy. We talked about his Mississippi River fight with Al Snow from many years ago and he said that it was very cold. I almost forgot to pay but then quickly assured his assistant that I wasn't going to cheat Hardcore Holly! I had an autograph and photo taken with him. So to add to my list that's Hurricane Helms, JBL, Jerry 'The King' Lawler and Hardcore Holly I've met. Pretty sure I could beat everyone one of them in the ring too...just saying.
So I had a great time at Cardiff Comic Con and I'm looking forward to the next! Oh and London might very well be on the cards too... :)
